- Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).
- All parcels delivered by Whisky & Alement require a signature upon delivery and must be signed for by a responsible adult over 18 years old.
- In the case that you are ordering from a ‘dry area’, we reserve the right to refund and cancel your order without notice should you not have an applicable personal liquor license. If you are ordering from an area restricted by liquor licensing, we recommend making a note on your order to ensure a speedy, smooth delivery.
