Gift Vouchers
- All gift vouchers purchased on or after 1 November 2019 are valid for 3 years.
- The three year validity may not apply to gift vouchers that are:
- Donated for promotional purposes
- Part of a temporary marketing promotion
- Issued in place of an unused experience, tasting or event ticket
- We do not currently supply hard copy vouchers via post. All vouchers are issued as e-vouchers via email and can be printed for gifting.
- Gift voucher extensions in response to Covid-19 lockdowns:
- Vouchers with an expiry date between 1/3/2020 and 1/3/2021 have automatically been extended to 31/12/2021.
- Cash vouchers can be used over multiple transactions.
- Cash vouchers are able to be redeemed at both Whisky & Alement and Melbourne Whisky Room for:
- Bar food or beverage purchases
- In-house bottle shop purchases
- Any online whisky class or event ticket purchase. Note: vouchers can be used to purchase tickets after the expiry date of the voucher, provided the booking is placed online before the voucher expiry date.
- Cash vouchers cannot be redeemed for:
- Any online bottle shop purchases
- Via waiting lists (On Hold) for any online ticketed class or event. In the case that you do redeem your voucher for a waiting list product, please contact our team immediately by emailing your voucher code, waiting list experience name and experience date to info@whiskyandale.com.au In the case that you do not contact us, your voucher value will automatically be forfeited.
- All gift cards are valid in Australian Dollars
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any remaining balance on the gift card at the expiry of the voucher cannot be refunded or extended.
