Shipping

  • We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post Wine e-Parcel service. Express Post and international postage are not currently available.
  • All online purchases require signature on delivery.
  • For delivery turnaround times, please visit the Australia Post website
  • How often are orders dispatched?
    • We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours.
    • Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
    • Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
    • You will receive an invoice with a postal tracking number and an Australia Post notification once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Goods damaged in transit: We pride ourselves on great service and that extends to online purchases, however accidents do happen. If your product has been damaged in the post, timing is important so please quickly email a photo of the product in the condition that it was received to shop@whiskyandale.com.au Damage notices received more than 24 hours after taking delivery may not be considered. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to ensure you walk away a happy customer.
  • Can I pickup my order?
    • No we are not currently offering pickup, however most items available online can be purchased at our in-store bottle shop.
