Nose: Star fruit, ironbark honey and birthday cake with glass toffee shards and sparklers blazing! Crab apple jelly, guava and golden rum vibes.
Palate: Chewy werthers caramels and flint smoke after torching a creme brullee. There’s some granny smith apple tartness in the mix as well, with pandan leaves and a touch of guava to keep the Caribbean spirit alive.
