Nose: Definitely from a wine cask! The colour is quite pink. A bit like the smell of church wine, with straw bales and dense rye bread. After some time in the glass it becomes like fruit juice to smell.
Palate: Sweeter than first expected, with dried cranberries, strawberries and whipped cream. Finishes with a nutty, oaky spice.
