Nose: Rich notes of butterscotch, lavender and honey combine with green apple and a squeezed grapefruit.

Palate:  Initial notes of toffee, vanilla and honey combine with dried fruit and raisins in the mid palate. A really interesting cask type that doesn’t come up very often.
