Staoisha 8 year old sherry cask by Chorlton 59.9% 700ml

Staoisha is an alias for peated whisky from the Bunnahabhain distillery of Islay. Most commonly known for its buttery unpeated spirit, Bunnahabhain first released a core range peated whisky in the mid-2000’s.

Nose: Milk bottle lollies and hot sand. Tiger balm and dettol mixed together. Basil and olive tappenade.
Palate: Salt bush garnishes and squid ink pasta. Babaganoush and ash to finish!
