Chorlton whiskies are all about spirit character and rarely about sherry influence or cask finishing. David says, “no monkey business”. This H*$(%# P*#$ is a great example of just that. Beautiful spirit character on display.
Nose: Babaganoush and corned beef sandwiches with a brioche bun. A whiff of elegant peat and a little briny thing tying it all together.
Palate: Salted caramels and beach BBQ flavours of charred prawn shells and hazelnut liqueur. Glass toffee and bbq’d broccoli.
