Nose: Fantail chocolates with that hard caramel in the centre. There’s a developed richness to the nose full of beautifully clean and mature sherry cask. Combine the sweetness of the sherry cask with a sweet grain spirit, this is one decadent dram.
Palate: The chocolate party continues on the palate with juicy cherry liqueur chocolates and ganache. One of the best sherried grain whiskies out there.
