High Spirits has been run by Nadi Fiori since 1981 when he bottled his first cask of Glenlivet 1960 at cask strength. Now in it’s 40th year in the whisky industry, High Spirits has finally made it to Australia with the “Masters of Magic” range.
Nose:Hard boiled lollies and sour “squirms”. White marshmellows and sweet white wine. Green grapes and subtle malt.
Palate:On the palate there’s waves of vanilla ice cream and a touch of pineapple. Delicate and subtle sweetness.
Finish:The bottle could disappear without notice it drinks so easily.
