Linkwood makes a very creamy style of fruity whisky often with characters of apple and peaches.
Nose: Highly aromatic vanilla and white marshmellows. Custard, finger lime and toffee apples.
Palate: Elegant cereal characters and classic fruitiness on the front of the palate. The lime character from the nose carries through the mid palate and becomes nice and zingy.
Finish: Oak characters are shrouded by the elegance of the distilleries characters. The finish progresses from citrus tang and orange rind then goes full circle leaving a biscuity finish.
