Matured in American Oak Ex Bourbon Barrels. This is the distilleries first true “Paddock to Bottle” having used thier first Joadja barley crop (harvested in December 2017) to produce the “New Make Spirit” (Joadja is one of very few Paddock to Bottle distilleries in the world). Arguably one of the most authentic Australian whiskies.
