Jamaican Rum 2001 by The Wild Parrot 57.2% 700ml

Nose: Tinned peach syrup, guava and ripe pineapple on a hot day. Straight up funky rum! With lots of tropical dunderous notes.
Palate: Killer Pythons, red papaya, lifted and reasonably clean for such a funky nose.
Finish: Layers of caramel slowly become more apparent as the tropical notes drop away slowly. Richness actually increases as the saliva thickens.
