This is the final and fourth cask of 2024, released for Whisky & Alement subscription The Whisky Set and matured for its full term in PX sherry casks. Artwork is titled Dancing in a No night like a balmy night by Melbourne Artist, Angus White.

Tasting notes of Toffee apples and red wine enhanced gravy with plenty of meat juices. Pink sherbet, candied walnuts. Finishes with gazpacho and beetroot ceviche.
