The Bakery Hill Jubilee cask was distilled in 2018, matured for 7 years in a single Heaven Hill Bourbon cask, and selected by the team at Whisky & Alement in 2025 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Bakery Hill. Bottled at 52% ABV. 500ml

Apricot kernel, yellow peach, tinned peaches, yellow flower, Nocino walnut liqueur, tinned pineapples, malt milkshake, rice pudding, a Thai fruit market and unripe green grapes. Excellent palate weight and length – and yes, it’s FRUITY!
