Nose: Anzac biscuites, prune juice, caramel jerseys, hessian sacks, crumpled newspaper. A real characterful oloroso cask!
Palate: Golden syrup, juicy malt, cornflakes, instant porridge and honey.
Finish: No winey finish was detected and the whole package was in balance. A well executed finish!
