Made from 100% Baco grapes and aged in a single sherry puncheon.
Nose: A very special opportunity to try such a hyper aged product. Winery cellars with old timber soaked in grape juice filling the air. Highly developed cocoa, cinnamon buns and spiced hot chocolate.
Palate: Generous layers of highly concentrated fruit. Cram together sultanas, fresh red grapes, cranberries, muscatels and maraschino cherries, then stuff it in an ancient piece of French oak for 48 years and you’re not even close to the complexity of this dram. Awesome!
