Get a taste of our summer cocktail list

We’ve just released our new summer cocktail list, designed by our head bartender Lachlan Watt. Here’s a sample:

House Amaro Spritz

A perfect summer sipper, where our house amaro and bianco vermouth are lengthened with soda.

 

Fresa de Roca

Cragganmore 12, one of the classic Speyside malts, is complemented by a house-made strawberry balsamic liqueur and served up a with a side of Manzanilla sherry.

 

Rockside Fizz

This fizz is built around a heavily peated Islay malt, which is balanced with lemon and a pear/sage syrup and topped with Green Beacon Passionfruit Gose! A house favourite.

 

The Sea Wolf

Here we take Wolfburn single malt and add lime juice, amaro and garnish with a delectable watermelon strip. Simple, zesty and super refreshing.
